Issue
- LL01 displays old data.
- The warehouse activity monitor is showing open documents even
though they have been closed.
- LL01 critical process monitor is displaying incorrect results.
- Unconfirmed Transfer Orders (TO's) are displaying / not displaying
in LL01.
- Unconfirmed Transfer Requirements (TR's) are displaying / not
displaying in LL01.
Reproducing the Issue
- Goto transaction LL01.
- Enter the warehouse number and click on the execute button (F8).
- Select the documents you would like to view:
- Unconfirmed transfer orders
- Open transfer requirements
- Open posting change documents
- Open deliveries
- Negative stocks
- Stock in interim storage types
- Critical stocks in production - Press execute (F8) once your selection has been entered.
- The results are outdated and do not reflect the current situation
in the warehouse.
Root Cause
The warehouse activity monitor is not updated dynamically. It is only updated through execution of update reports. The data displayed in LL01 reflects the warehouse status at the last execution of the relevant update report.
Solution
The listing of critical documents needs to be updated
regularly. This is achieved by scheduling the following reports to execute in
background:
- RLLL01SE Determination of unconfirmed transfer orders
- RLLL02SE Determination of unprocessed transfer requirement items
- RLLL03SE Determination of critical posting change documents
- RLLL04SE Determination of critical deliveries
- RLLL05SE Determination of negative stocks in storage bins
- RLLL06SE Determination of stocks in interim storage types
- RLLL07SE Determination of critical stocks in production
In addition, a user can redetermine the data directly in
LL01 to ensure they are viewing up-to-date data. To do this, goto the following
menu path once LL01 has been executed for a certain input criteria:
- Edit -> Determine data again (Shift + F5)
This will run the respective reports (listed above) in
background and refresh the data on screen.
